Description of Eau Vive Rafting

The Rouge River is without a doubt the most interesting and most competitive rafting river in Quebec. Located less than 90 minutes from Montréal or Ottawa, the Rouge River offers two different sections depending on water levels. In high water levels we will raft the Canyon section and in normal flow we will switch to the Seven Sisters section. Whatever the trip, we are certain that the Rouge is ever changing water flows and its thrilling rapids will test the adventurer in you. Gilbert Landry, Owner

Gilbert Landry, owner, has been with Eau Vive since it's beginnings in 1981. He started as a river guide and then taking over management in 1983. Over the years, Gilbert has acquired ownership and expanded the company to a multiple outdoor activity center, welcoming over 10,000 guests each summer.
