Description of Bell Centre
Since its inauguration in 1996 under the name Molson Centre, the Bell Centre remains the centre stage for entertainment and business events in Montreal. Whether it's attending a Canadiens' game, a concert with a world famous artist or a family show, the Bell Centre is clearly at the top of anyone's venue list. On February 26, 2002, Bell Canada acquired the naming rights to the Molson Centre, and as of September 1, 2002, it became known as the Bell Centre. This business agreement between Bell, Molson and the Montreal Canadiens enables Bell to expand its community involvement and develop business synergies with the Canadiens and Molson.
