Cuisine: the food is indisputable Greek, yet with a definite Mediterranean accent and contemporary presentation. Pristine seafood imported from Europe and around the world and an astoundingly fresh local produce. The menu: to ensure proper and prompt service, a preset menu is required for all private parties. Trinity is always willing to accommodate dietary restrictions and personalized menus are provided with our compliments. Beverage and bar set up: all beverages are priced upon consumption. We recommend that wine selections be made in advance to ensure availability. Hourly bar pricing is also available in our beverage packages.
Grand Kitchen Cove
Accommodates 130 seated and is dramatically accented with high vaulting ceilings with views of the entire exhibition kitchen under a solarium of glass.
Wine Cellar and The Pond
Accommodates 80 seated, along with an optional 30 seating on the lower pillowed seating over antique copper tabletops. Housing over 2,000 bottles of wine, the room also features cavernes vaulted ceilings, hand painted Byzantine art and a view of the fresh fish market selections.
North Cove
Accommodates 100 seated and 300 for cocktails. A bright airy space with vaulted cavernes ceilings, a sea of radiant colors from the hundreds on silk pillows along the walls, accenting the Macedonian culture of Greece. A collection of original paintings and antiques on display makes for a truly chic and private function.
