Description: A new-style noodle house, modelled on the ramen shops that have been popular in Japan for over two hundred years. Ramen are Chinese-style egg noodles, served in soups with various toppings or stir-fries. Wakamono also offers two typical Japanese "menrui" noodles; udon, a fat white noodle and soba, a buckwheat noodle, both served in a soup (bonito flake and kelp base) called dashi.
