Description: Bikram Yoga is a demanding 26 pose (asana) series. Bikram Yoga is an intense workout, challenging for both beginners and experienced Yoga participants. The room is heated to 42 degrees Celsius during a 90 min. class.
If you want to improve your stamina, increase your muscle tone and lose weight/inches, Bikram Yoga is for you.
This is not a meditative class, be prepared to sweat and work hard!

Meditation practice at the Shala |

Description: Join us every Tuesday evening from 7pm to 8pm
to practice a simple yet powerful Tibetan Buddhist meditation
practice known as “tonglen” (“giving and taking”).
Tonglen trains us to "give" happiness and health to all beings
while breathing out and to "take" away the distress and
suffering of sentient beings while breathing in.
Over time, the consistent practice of tonglen
gradually introduces us to a far larger and spacious view
of reality characterized by love and compassion
for oneself and other beings.
Fee: by donation only and according to one's means.
